A partnership between the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Foundation and Pickett's Rosendale Dairy to build a biodigester in Pickett is still on, despite hitting a snag in the permit process.

The partners involved in the project decided to withdraw the permit after determining that the application had been written too broadly, university officials said. The permit was filed under the auspices of the Rosendale Dairy operations when it should have been specifically connected to the biodigester project, said Alex Hummel, associate director of news and public information at UWO.
