Neighbors say proposed new business office not in appropriate location

Financial advisor Nathan Raddatz says his proposed new 6,200-square-foot, two-story office building on Cleveland Avenue a couple hundred yards from Lake Michigan shows how he is "excited about Manitowoc's future and I want to invest in it."

But prospective neighbors strongly disagree and they showed up in force at Wednesday night's city Plan Commission urging members to not rezone the intended site from "R-5 Low Density Multiple-Family" to "B-1 Office Residential."
