The Warriors post player scored a game-high 16 points and also recorded four steals to help her team to a road win at Marshfield last Friday in an early-season Wisconsin Valley Conference showdown. The Warriors travel to Merrill on Friday in a WVC matchup.

The Wildcats' post player had a game-high 27 points in a win over Northland Lutheran on Tuesday, which came on the heels of a 19 point, 11 rebound performance in a loss to Stratford last Thursday. Denfeld entered the week ranked in the top five in scoring and rebounding in the Marawood Conference South Division.

The 132-pound standout improved his season record to 12-0 with a dominant weekend at the Tomah Scramble last weekend, including a 14-1 major decision in the finals. Gorman is ranked second at 132 among Division 2 wrestlers by wiwrestling.com.

The Evergreens' goalie recorded 38 saves to help his team to an overtime win over previously underfeated Wisconsin Rapids on Tuesday. Moe also had 23 saves in a loss to sixth-ranked and undefeated Stevens Point Area Senior High last Thursday.

The forward totaled four goals and seven points in back-to-back wins over Marshfield and Medford to open this week, including a hat trick and four-point performance against the Raiders on Tuesday. Mosinee faces Wausau West today in a Marathon Cup semifinal matchup.

The veteran guard poured in a game-high 29 points to lead the Chargers to a road win at Weyauwega-Fremont on Tuesday. School is averaging 27 points per game this season, ranking 12th in the state overall in the category. The Chargers (4-1) host Shiocton on Friday.
