The Packers will be facing an up-and-down Chicago Bears offense on Sunday.

In examining the Bears' numbers, Press-Gazette correspondent Eric Goska discovered that Chicago has the worst-ranked first-quarter passer rating in the NFL (http://pck.rs/T00pji), but also the top-ranked fourth-quarter passer rating in the league.

Assuming that trend continues Sunday at Soldier Field, the Packers could find themselves getting off to a fast start but having to hold off a late Bears' rally.
