Keys: After forcing the Bears to punt on fourth-and-25, the Packers tried to execute a backward pass from punt returner Randall Cobb to rookie wideout Jeremy Ross, who then fumbled the ball, which was recovered by Chicago’s Anthony Walters to give the Bears the ball at the Green Bay 16. Cobb’s pass also was ruled illegal and the penalty declined.
