Familiar face: Former police chief Arts works security on Titans sideline

Former Green Bay police chief Jim Arts, now Tennessee Titans security chief, returned to Green Bay for the team's game Sunday against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.

A Marinette native, Arts resigned as police chief this summer to take his new post with the Titans. Arts had been with the police department since 1986 and had been chief since 2006.
