Free bus rides on New Year's Eve

Green Bay Metro will provide service for all routes

Green Bay Metro bus service is the designated driver on New Year's Eve.

All 13 Green Bay Metro bus routes will run on the hour for free from 7:15 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, to 3 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1.

The service is part of MillerCoors' Miller Lite Free Rides program, which has provided more than 3 million safe rides in 10 communities since beginning in Milwaukee in 1987. The program works to prevent drunken driving on holidays and will operate this year in other cities, including Madison, Milwaukee and the Twin Cities in Minnesota. ...
