Is Facebook addiction something we should pay more attention to.
For some, Facebook consumes an average of 20 hours a week, which is equal to a part-time job. Cutting back on the amount of hours spent on social networks could make for a healthier lifestyle. Spending only a fourth of the time would allow for 15 more hours of studying, sleep, exercise or hobbies.
With more sleep, students will be less exhausted and not feel the need for all the coffee and caffeine to simply stay awake. Individuals would be fit and feel better about their self if time was spent exercising. Individuals would also have a stronger relationship with friends by having more time to spend bonding with them.
