The holiday season can be stressful, with shopping, wrapping, baking, and all the taxing prep-work involved in organizing holiday parties and get-togethers. Still, we stick-it-out for one reason: the annual opportunity to spend time with our loved ones. The remainder of the year is so consumed with work, school and the mundane tasks of life that we neglect one of life's most crucial components: relationships.
