Third time's a charm? Badgers, and fans, headed back to Pasadena

Tom Belter made his first trip to the Rose Bowl in 1994.

The Badgers hadn't been in the Rose Bowl since 1963 and Belter said he couldn't pass up the opportunity to do something that didn't come around every year.

Belter, a 1976 UW graduate, is now getting ready for his sixth trip west to watch the Badgers play in the college football game that has been dubbed "the Granddaddy of them all." ...
