Petal Pusher floral boutique has pushed through a roller coaster of fuel prices with its delivery trucks on the road the past few years.

There's not much the Allouez-based floral shop - and other businesses - can do about fuel prices.

"It's a substantial expense. When gas prices go up, we certainly notice it," said Nichole Campbell, Petal Pusher's owner. "When things started to increase a few years ago, we had to increase our delivery charge by 50 cents per delivery to help offset some of that." ...
