Two programs offer rides home tonight

Two programs that help keep drunken drivers off the road will be operating tonight and into the early morning hours during the area's New Year's Eve celebrations.

While few people head out in their vehicles to celebrate New Year's Eve with the intent of getting drunk and then driving, some still drink beyond the legal limit.
