When teams play as recently as the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings have, it's almost like an NBA playoff series where game-to-game adjustments determine who wins the next matchup.

The Packers and Vikings will meet Saturday night in a wild-card playoff game for the third time in five weeks, including only six days after the Vikings defeated the Packers 37-34 in the regular-season finale at the Metrodome this past Sunday.
