Business ramps up for Packers playoff game

Hotels flooded with reservations; restaurants, stores brace for crowds

While some Packers fans would like to have seen Green Bay beat Minnesota on Sunday, they will take the Saturday night playoff game at Lambeau Field and the business it brings.

"We're sold out for Saturday," Todd Casper, front office manager at the 386-room Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Ashwaubenon, said Monday morning. "It wouldn't have mattered if it was this week or next week, we would have sold out for either of them. We're just glad to have the playoff game."

Casper said he also took calls seeking rooms from two other Green Bay hotels that also were sold out. ...
