Q: There are so many things I want to do but don't get done. I have set New Year's resolutions in the past but it hasn't seemed to work. Should I make resolutions or is that a bad idea? Some people say they are not useful.

A: If you have set resolutions in the past without success you may want to rethink your strategy and do it differently this year. Resolutions only work when we work them and make them work. I think setting resolutions is like setting goals. It helps us live with intention and be more mindful.
