Move more with winter classes

Are you looking to get motivated and stay active this winter? The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin continues to offer healthy living programs and wellness classes in the community. These programs are designed to maintain and improve overall fitness, strength, balance, and flexibility. Current participants enjoy socializing with one another and leave each class feeling enthused and energized.

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, Strong Bones and Tai Chi classes are available this winter. Check out the program schedule below for class locations and dates. Call Ciara at the ADRC-CW for more information, 888-486-9545. Classes cost $3 per time. No sign-up is necessary, and new participants are welcome at any time.

? Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Senior Community Center, Marshfield, Jan. 8 to March 14; and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays from at Nancy Nye Villa, Pittsville, Jan. 28 to March 20.

? Strong Bones: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Marshfield, Jan. 14 to March 20.

? Tai Chi: 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Senior Community Center, Marshfield, Jan. 8 to March 14.
