Are you looking to get motivated and stay active this winter? The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin continues to offer healthy living programs and wellness classes in the community. These programs are designed to maintain and improve overall fitness, strength, balance, and flexibility. Current participants enjoy socializing with one another and leave each class feeling enthused and energized.
The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, Strong Bones and Tai Chi classes are available this winter. Check out the program schedule below for class locations and dates.
