Court Tower will be undergoing a major renovation. The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority awarded the credits for the Court Tower project earlier this year and Oshkosh Housing Authority will relocate residents.
A major renovation of Court Tower is underway, with the help of Habitat for Humanity volunteers.
The project was made possible by a total of $18.9 million in tax credits, distributed in two phases, from the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority. The Oshkosh Housing Authority will convert the building's 157 apartments into 101 to 104 larger units, renovate common areas in the building and make changes to some parking areas at the complex, which sits at the northeast corner of Ceape Avenue and Court Street.
