Dodge County judge race headed for primary

The scramble to fill the post vacated by Judge Andrew Bissonnette is shaping up to be the biggest contested race in Dodge County for the upcoming April 2 election.

A primary election set for Feb. 19 would winnow the field of three candidates in the Branch 3 Circuit Court race down to two, said County Clerk Karen Gibson.

Watertown attorney Joseph Fischer, Juneau attorney Joe Sciascia, and Dawn Klockow, who serves as corporate counsel for Calumet County, will go head-to-head in the non-partisan primary. ...
