Brennan Cougill is just happy to be back. Daniel Turner is still trying to get his legs under him, and Cole Stefan is trying to remember what it's like to play in a real game.

But with all three available for the start of Horizon League play tonight at Wright State (9-4), the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay men's basketball team is finally back to full strength, or as full as it's going to get this season.

After playing part of the nonconference schedule with just eight players, Phoenix coach Brian Wardle has a roster of 11, the maximum he will have this season. ...
