Suspect in Weston homicide enters not guilty plea

A St. Paul, Minn., man charged in connection with the death of a Weston woman has entered a not guilty plea on charges of first-degree intentional homicide.

Richi D. Vue, 21, was arraigned today in Marathon County Circuit Court. Vue was arrested Oct. 13, hours after the death of Lee Xiong, 20, of Weston. In addition to first-degree intentional homicide, Vue, who police described as Xiong's boyfriend, also is charged with felony theft and possession of a firearm, operating a vehicle without the owner's consent and fleeing an officer.
