Green Bay Packers fans gather on Walnut Street for a Packers rally in downtown Green Bay Friday.
At game time in Green Bay, forecast calls for clouds, temperatures near 20 and west wind at 10 mph.
Game starts at 7 p.m. and is being broadcast on NBC, which is channel 12 in Wausau immediately after the AFC wild card game between Cincinnati and Houston.
Packers fans driving to today's game might face some delays amid construction projects. They include:
? Highway 29 is closed to traffic between Packerland Drive and Highway 41 in Howard. Traffic will be rerouted to the new Shawano Avenue adjacent to the old Highway 29.
? Access is maintained to Highway 41 from Highway 29/Shawano Avenue. Both directions of Highway 29 will have restricted shoulders and lane widths between Brown County J and Packerland Drive.
? A 10-mile portion of Highway 41 in Brown County will have 11-foot travel lanes and reduced shoulders in multiple locations.
? The speed limit is reduced to 55 mph from just south of Scheuring Road in the De Pere area north to Interstate 43 in Howard, as well as between Ninth Avenue and Highway 45 in Winnebago County.
? The majority of 12 miles of Highway 41, from Ninth Avenue to Breezewood Lane, has restricted shoulders and lane widths.

Minnesota and Wisconsin senators made a friendly wager on the game Friday. Minnesota's Al Franken and Amy Klobuchar have put up a case of Minnesota beer, while Wisconsin's Ron Johnson and newly sworn-in Tammy Baldwin are offering a case of Wisconsin craft beer.
Meanwhile, Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt and Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak made a similar bet. Schmitt bet BelGioioso cheese, Titletown Brewing root beer and Beernsten's candies, while Rybak wagered some sausage from Minneapolis' newest restaurant of the year, Butcher and the Boar.
