Day of remembrance planned at church

A Day of Prayerful Remembrance and Intercession on the 40th anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade Decision will be Jan. 22 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Wisconsin Rapids.

The afternoon will include:

2:45 p.m. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.

3 p.m. Chaplet of Divine Mercy

3:10 p.m. Devotion to Our Mother of Perpetual Help

3:25 p.m. Litany of the Saints

3:40 p.m. Stations of the Cross

4:10 p.m. A Rachel Rosary (Intercessory Prayer for Victims of Post-Abortion Syndrome)

4:30 p.m. "The 40th of Roe in the Holy Year of Faith" presentation by Will Goodman from the Servants of Our Lady of Guadalupe; board of directors of The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe; board of directors of the Marian Center for Peace of Wisconsin Rapids

5 p.m. Benediction

5:15 p.m. Mass: Father James Altman, Celebrant
