Elmer F. Blonien Post 485, the American Legion, Rudolph, held its regular meeting Dec. 13 with 39 members present.

Members conducted funeral honors for veteran John Beck.

The soup kitchen for Rudolph Country Christmas was a huge success. Fourteen members participate in the parade with the Jeep. Members also participated in Veterans Day ceremonies at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic School and the Rudolph Think Academy. They also were at Pearl Harbor ceremonies at the Wisconsin Rapid VFW on Dec. 7.

The next meeting is Jan. 10. Membership is at 121.
