Campus foundation accepts proposals for residence hall

The University Foundation has released a request for proposals and qualifications to identify potential private vendors to design, build and operate an 80- to 100-bed student residence hall on the University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County campus.

In a plan approved by The University Foundation, the new residence hall would be a public-private partnership, built and operated by a private developer on land leased from the Foundation. The residence hall would be completed by the fall of 2014.
