Last year, when the Point Bock Run opened its registration on New Year's Day, it filled up nine days later.

This year, it took 25 hours.

The race is one of many ways people use exercise to stave off the winter blues. The popularity of the race is something organizers attribute to an increase in interest for the sport of running and fitness in general. ...
