Michigan man charged after high-speed chase through 3 counties named

An 18-year-old Michigan man was charged Monday after allegedly leading authorities on a high-speed chase on Interstate 43 through Sheboygan, Manitowoc and Brown counties.

Ray Gidean-John Potter was first spotted by authorities while recklessly driving a stolen Ford Mustang in Ozaukee County, officials said.
