Wood County swears in new DA

A brief ceremony Monday morning, and Wood County has a new district attorney.

Wood County Circuit Judge Todd Wolf swore in Craig Lambert as the county's new district attorney in front of Lambert's friends, family and numerous members of the Wood County criminal justice system.

Wolf hired Lambert as a Wood County assistant district attorney a little more than 11 years ago, Lambert said. At the time, Lambert had a successful law practice in the Appleton area. ...
