Bob and Caryl Solberg, Neillsville residents, brought a generous donation to The Highground for the picnic shelter/outdoor education center that is under way. It will include a unique expansion fly covering that will make the shelter more versatile than other shelters on the premises. The Highground hopes to have the shelter constructed during next spring work week, April 24 to 27.
