On Jan. 7, Chad Schroeder and Blane Vold, Hallman Lindsay staff in Oshkosh, met Eliot Garb at the Oshkosh Area Community Pantry to deliver the company donation.

Hallman Lindsay Paints donated over $5,500 to 23 local food pantries across Wisconsin in honor of its customers during this past holiday season. In each community where Hallman/Lindsay has a store location, a local food pantry received a donation.

"Food prices continue to rise, and we know that food pantries are also continuing to see increases in demand," said Schroeder. "The Oshkosh Area Community Pantry provides much-needed assistance in this community, and we are happy to support their work."

Hallman Lindsay has been making donations to local food banks since 2009 when the recession was in full swing. In addition to financially supporting pantries, six Hallman Lindsay stores are holding holiday food drives.

Hallman Lindsay Paints is the only locally owned paint manufacturer in Wisconsin with its own stores serving contractors and the general public.
