Rascal Flatts kicked off the winter leg of its Changed Tour Thursday night at the Resch Center with a 90-minute set that effortlessly bounced from the band's own "Banjo'' to classic rock's "Free Ride'' and all kinds of spirit-lifting spontaneity in between.

"You all make us feel like this is our second home,'' bassist Jay DeMarcus told a crowd of 6,104 - a nod to the mega-selling country trio's history with Green Bay fans.
