'Willy Wonka' to be performed Jan. 17, 19, 21

The Candy Man is coming to Algoma High School next week. The musical "Willy Wonka" is scheduled to be performed at 7 p.m. Jan. 17, 2 p.m. Jan. 19 and 7 p.m. Jan. 21 in the Algoma Elementary School Auditorium.

The musical is a fun, family-friendly, colorful show depicting the classic story of a chocolate factory and several naughty children who enter the contest to win a lifetime supply of chocolate.

General admission tickets are now available from the high school. Tickets are also usually available at the door. The cost is $6 for adults and $4 for students. There are no refunds.

"Willy Wonka" is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.
