Scoring plays from Saturday's NFC divisional playoff game between the Green Bay Packers and the San Francisco 49ers at Candlestick Park in San Francisco. The Packers lost 45-31.

Green Bay 14 7 3 7 - 31
San Francisco 7 17 7 14 - 45

First quarter

Packers 7, 49ers 0

Sam Shields, 52-yard interception return (Mason Crosby kick), 12:48.

Keys: The 49ers were moving the ball nicely on their first drive before Shields intercepted quarterback Colin Kaepernick on a pass intended for Vernon Davis on second-and-7.

Packers 7, 49ers 7

Kaepernick, 20-yard run (David Akers kick), 9:01.

Keys: The Packers almost forced the 49ers into a three-and-out, but Tramon Williams was flagged for holding on a quick slant pass. The 49ers faced a third-and-10 and second-and-17 on the drive, but converted both with a 45-yard lob to Frank Gore and the 20-yard touchdown run by Kaepernick in a five-wide set.

Drive: 8 plays, 80 yards, 3:47.

Packers 14, 49ers 7

DuJuan Harris, 18-yard run (Crosby kick), 0:29.

Keys: After going three-and-out with three straight passes to start the game, the Packers rushed with Harris on the first three plays of their second series. On second-and-10, Aaron Rodgers hit James Jones along the sideline in double coverage for 44 yards with Harris rushing through the middle and making the 49ers' inside linebacker miss.

Drive: 7 plays, 80 yards, 2:44.

Second quarter

Packers 14, 49ers 14

Michael Crabtree, 15-yard pass from Kaepernick (Akers kick), 10:59.

Keys: The Packers forced the 49ers to punt off their first series in the second quarter, but first-year returner Jeremy Ross muffed the punt, which was recovered by the 49ers at the 9-yard line. Kaepernick dropped the snap on second-and-goal for a loss of 3, but then found Crabtree wide open on a crossing pattern.

Drive: 3 plays, 9 yards, 0:44.

49ers 21, Packers 14

Crabtree, 20-yard pass from Kaepernick (Akers kick), 5:26.

Keys: Rodgers threw an ill-advised interception deep to Tarell Brown, who returned it for 39 yards to give the 49ers' offense the ball at the Green Bay 48. Kaepernick scrambled for 16 yards to the Packers' 9 up the middle, but was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct for spinning the ball on the back of Packers linebacker Erik Walden. On the next play, Kaepernick hit Crabtree on a slant past Shields.

Drive: 8 plays, 48 yards, 3:53.

49ers 21, Packers 21

Jones, 20-yard pass from Rodgers (Crosby kick), 2:33.

Keys: Rodgers fumbled after a 9-yard gain to start the series, but recovered. Rodgers then hit Jermichael Finley for 19 yards and benefited from a helmet-to-helmet tackle on Harris to move into San Francisco territory.

Drive: 6 plays, 80 yards, 2:53.

49ers 24, Packers 21

Akers, 36-yard field goal, 0:00.

Keys: Kaepernick's ability to scramble out of the pocket buoyed the drive. While he had difficulty connecting with his receivers, the second-year quarterback rushed for gains of 19 and 18 yards.

Drive: 11 plays, 62 yards, 2:33.

Third quarter

49ers 24, Packers 24

Crosby, 31-yard field goal, 8:25.

Keys: Rodgers seemed to find his rhythm with four consecutive completions to Greg Jennings and Jordy Nelson before Randall Cobb rushed for another 23 on two carries out of the backfield. A false start penalty on Marshall Newhouse pushed the Packers into a third-and-11, but Cobb caught a 10-yard pass underneath to set up Crosby's game-tying kick.

Drive: 9 plays, 76 yards, 3:31.

49ers 31, Packers 24

Kaepernick, 56-yard run (Akers kick), 7:07.

Keys: Kaepernick hit Crabtree on back-to-back passes for a total gain of 18 yards before rushing right on a 56-yard scramble with Walden being unable to hold the edge on the read-option and outsprinting Charles Woodson for the score to give him 163 rushing yards with more than 22 minutes left in the game, an NFL postseason record.

Drive: 3 plays, 80 yards, 1:18.

Fourth quarter

49ers 38, Packers 24

Gore, 2-yard run (Akers kick), 14:57.

Keys: San Francisco never faced a third down on the drive.

Drive: 8 plays, 93 yards, 5:03.

49ers 45, Packers 24

Anthony Dixon, 2-yard run (Akers kick), 3:34.

Keys: The Packers came close to stopping San Francisco on fourth-and-1 from the Packers' 18, but B.J. Raji jumped the snap for the automatic first down. After a bulldozing 13-yard run up the middle by Gore, Anthony Dixon powered in.

Drive: 11 plays, 93 yards, 7:54.

49ers 45, Packers 31

Greg Jennings, 3-yard pass from Rodgers (Crosby kick), 0:57.

Keys: With the 49ers playing back, Rodgers completed seven passes, including four straight completions before a Jones drop, to end a 21-0 49ers run.

Drive: 11 plays, 77 yards, 2:37.

Attendance: 69,732.
