DE PERE - Claire Emmerich had 10 points and was the lone player in double figures for the De Pere girls basketball team as the defense got the job done in a 38-33 nonconference victory over Kimberly on Saturday afternoon.

Kayla Dawson added nine points for the Redbirds, the top-ranked team in Division 1.
