Green Bay Chamber organizes Italy trip

Capture the opportunity to experience the art, history, culture and romance of Italy during the "Italia Classica" trip sponsored by the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce from Sept. 16-24.

A free informational session will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 19, at the Clarion Hotel, 201 Main St., Green Bay.

Highlights of the trip include Florence, Milan, the Colosseum and "the Eternal City" of Rome, a train ride to Venice, a boat trip to St. Mark's Square and the Clock Tower of St. Mark's Basilica. It will include roundtrip airfare, 3-star and 4-star hotel accommodations, hotel transfers, 10 meals and services of a professional tour manager.

The trip is $3,099 per person based on double occupancy if booked by May 1. After May 1 the trip price will be $3,349. Optional activities available for an additional small fee include the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, a Venetian Gondola cruise and the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
