UW-Fond du Lac continuing education winter/spring classes announced

The University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac Continuing Education Department has published its winter/spring course offerings for learners of all ages.

Travel highlights include an Architectural Boat Cruise down the Chicago River on Saturday, May 4; a four-day trip to New York with three Broadway plays June 5- 9 and a Milwaukee Food Tour to the Historic Third Ward enjoying delicious ethnic foods and educational guided walking tour set for Thursday, June 13.

Youth programming has a new offering called Amazing Robotics Challenge! Offered in two sessions - one after school, and one on Saturdays - for eight weeks with John Papenheim, WTCS-certified electronics and robotics instructor.

New this summer for high school juniors and seniors is a three-credit college biology class in the Florida Keys! Biology of the Florida Keys Marine Environment is a snorkel-based course that introduces students to the life that inhabits the marine ecosystems of the Florida Keys. The session for high school level students runs July 17-23 and for college level students the session is Aug. 7-13.

Personal enrichment classes include Healthy Sleep Workshop, Contemplative Photography plus The Artist's Way, a class about uncovering your creativity and gaining confidence in your life and work.
