Manitowoc attorney sentenced to prison

Manitowoc County Circuit Judge Jerome Fox on Tuesday sentenced Joseph M. Engl, a Manitowoc attorney and registered sex offender, to prison for having sexual contact with a child in November 2011.

Fox sentenced Engl, 36, to three years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision for felony child enticement-sexual contact. Conditions of extended supervision include paying court costs and supervision fees, undergoing treatment and complying with the sex offender registry.
