Manitowoc Plan Commission to review zoning change tonight

The Plan Commission will discuss the proposed zoning change of three parcels of land on Cleveland Avenue at 6:30 p.m. tonight at City Hall.

Financial advisor Nathan Raddatz is seeking to build a new 6,200-square-foot, two-story commercial office building on Cleveland Avenue land currently zoned "R-5 Low Density Multiple Family District."

The City Council voted 5-4 earlier this month to send back to the Plan Commission the proposal for further consideration of a change in zoning at the site to "B-1 Office Residential District." ...
