Demystifying Sushi with Glenn Kuehn will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday in the General Meeting Room at Marshfield Public Library.

Curious but afraid of that food called "sushi"? Kuehn (philosopher-chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America) will demystify sushi in a fun, informal session. He also will demonstrate basic sushiroll making techniques and provide recipes and samples for everyone to try. Registration for this free program is being taken at the Reference Center, 715-387-8494, ext. 2.
