Girls Exercising Their Unlimited Potential (GET UP) is a class designed specifically for girls in grades three through five. Girls will develop self-awareness and positive body image as they progress through the sessions that are coached by compassionate women from the Y and the community. Each session will include principles of wellness exercises, leadership, health, peer pressure, body image and more. A nutritious snack will be served.

The class runs from Jan. 28 through April 22; no classes the week of April 1. Sessions will be held Mondays at the 20th Avenue location from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The cost is $60 for Y members and $90 for the general public. Scholarships are available.
