Girls basketball: Merrill's Sladek set for MRI

Merrill junior Renee Sladek is scheduled to have an MRI today to check for possible torn ligaments after suffering a knee injury in a win over Wausau East in a Wisconsin Valley Conference girls basketball game Tuesday.

Bluejays coach Melissa Yuska said the results of the test are expected to be known Friday.
