The Radisson Paper Valley Hotel has been sold for $17.8 million to the lender that financed the downtown business.

The hotel, most recently owned by Watermark Hotel Investors, went into a court-ordered receivership in June after defaulting on a $27 million balloon payment.

LNR Partners, a Miami-based real estate investment firm, purchased the property at an Outagamie County sheriff's sale earlier this month, along with the Holiday Inn Neenah Riverwalk for $2.8 million. ...
