It's "wait and see" for the future of a large property on Fond du Lac's Brooke Street.

City leaders intend to exhaust a list of possible uses for the Wells property before they consider demolition.

The city expects to take ownership of the expansive complex sometime in August. A major expansion project is under way at a second Wells location on Rolling Meadows Drive and the company will move operations from Brooke Street to its new headquarters. ...
