Fraud: A 39-year-old Plover man was cited with trying to obtain a driver's license with a fake resident card at 2:07 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Maple Bluff Road.

Gift of tobacco: A 28-year-old Junction City man was cited with gift/sale of tobacco to a minor 12:40 p.m. Tuesday after police say he bought chewing tobacco and gave it to a minor.

Operating while intoxicated: A 31-year-old Stevens Point man was cited with operating while intoxicated at 10:11 p.m. Saturday after police say they stopped him for not wearing his seat belt on Michigan Avenue near Dixon Street.

Disorderly conduct: A 12-year-old Stevens Point boy was cited with disorderly conduct at 2:03 p.m. Thursday after police say he punched another student in the nose after the boy poked him with his finger at Ben Franklin Middle School.

Theft: A 14-year-old boy was cited with theft at 10 a.m. Thursday after police say he removed an iPod from another boy's backpack at P.J. Jacobs Junior High.

Damage to property: A caller in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue reported that someone shot the side of his house with a paintball gun between 10:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. Monday. Police suspect a 16-year-old Custer girl.

Damage to property: A caller from Northwest Journey in the 500 block of Fourth Avenue reported some vandalism to property at about 2:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Disorderly conduct: Police arrested a 9-year-old Plover boy at 3:18 p.m. Tuesday at McKinley Elementary after police say he was disorderly.

Trespassing: A caller in the 100 block of Mason Street in Rosholt reported Monday morning that her estranged husband has entered her residence several times without permission recently.

Disturbance: Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 3900 block of Woodland Road at about 8 a.m. Wednesday.
