An Upper Peninsula-based company has been fined $2,800 for safety violations that led to the death of two employees at a Tomahawk mill in July.

The Occupational Health and Safety Administration fined Inland Systems, an industrial cleaning company out of Ontonagon, Mich., for failing to provide proper protection and training for the workers.
