Madison police are looking for a Fox Valley man who works in Chilton.

Charles Geurts, 26, went missing during a work trip in Madison and was last seen around 2:20 a.m. Wednesday at the Sheraton Madison Hotel, according to Joel DeSpain, spokesman for the Madison Police Department.

Geurts arrived in Madison on Tuesday with coworkers for a conference, DeSpain said.

Police do not suspect foul play, but are worried about his welfare while being exposed to the winter weather, he said.

Geurts is an agronomist with Agra-Partners Co-op and works in the company's Chilton and Greenleaf offices, said Steve Zutz, the chief executive officer for the company.

Geurts is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, bluejeans and boots.

Anyone who sees Geurts is asked to call 911 immediately. Anyone who wants to give information aboutGeurts is asked to call 608-266-6014.
