Two convicted sex offenders have been granted approval to relocate within the city of Green Bay.

Bradley Schwantes, 31, was approved to live at 1445 12th Ave., and Richard Dombrowski, 17, was approved to live at 1548 Ellis St. Both men have been convicted of sexual assault of a child.

The city's Sex Offender Residence Board approved both requests last week under a city ordinance that requires offenders to get city approval before living within 2,000 feet of any school, park or other place where children gather.

Schwantes was convicted in 2004 of assaulting a 12-year-old girl. Dombrowski was convicted last year of assaulting a 6-year-old child.

The board approved Dombrowski to live at the Ellis Street address for 90 days only.
