Boys basketball: L-C's 3-pointers lead to victory over Shawano

The Luxemburg-Casco boys basketball team (6-7, 5-4 conference) dominated the game's first three quarters and picked up a 67-42 home victory over Shawano on Jan. 11. It was the Spartans' fourth win a in a row. It's a turnaround that puts L-C in the upper half of the Bay Conference standings.

L-C head coach Kyle Thayse reflected on the team's winning streak. "As a team, our intensity has picked up in the last few games, but we still consider ourselves underdogs in every game," he said.
