The Brownsville Public Library invites area preschool age children and their parents or caregivers to attend the Winter & Spring Storytime series that begins Tuesday, Jan. 29. Storytime will be held every other Tuesday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. in the lower level of the library.s

Our winter and spring sessions will continue with the theme "Let's Learn Colors!" which was also the focus of our fall story times. We will continue to learn about even more colors, and each week will revolve around a different color. We'll have fun learning about the color, doing a craft involving the color, and of course, reading books with the color in it! Please feel free to wear the color we are talking about that day!

"White On!" is the theme for our first session on Jan. 29. Next will be a "Pink Valentine's Party!" on Feb. 12, followed by "Grey, Grey, Come Our Way" on Feb. 26.

"It's Easy Seeing Green" will be March 12; and "Duck, Duck, Yellow" on March 26. The last storytime will take place on April 9, with the theme "Rainbow Review!"

The library programs are free and open to the public. For further information contact the library at 920-583-4325.

Library hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 1 to 7 p.m;; Wednesday and Friday 3 to 6 p.m.; and Saturdays 10 a.m. to noon (September-May; closed in summer).
