New designer drugs are in the Green Bay area and they're increasingly moving to the front line of the war on drugs.

The Brown County Drug Task Force has reported that designer drugs - new concoctions fabricated to circumvent the law - have fueled a jump in drug arrests.

The task force in 2012 recorded a total of 616 arrests, up 16 percent from the previous year's 529 arrests. ...
